(vc-cvs-checkin): When removing the sticky tag, make output go to
buffer *vc*, not the current buffer.
(vc-cvs-print-log): Output to buffer *vc*, not the current buffer.
(vc-cvs-diff): Output to buffer *vc-diff*, not the current buffer.
